An NPAS crew based at Lippitts Hill helped bring a dangerous high‑speed pursuit to a safe conclusion on Saturday 2 May 2026, after a driver fled police across south London and into Surrey.The crew was supporting the Metropolitan Police Service after a vehicle failed to stop in the Streatham area. The pursuit continued along the A3, where the vehicle was driven at extreme speeds, reportedly exceeding 150mph, weaving through traffic and placing other road users at significant risk.
